Can from Uptown Market.
A clear light orange with a thick, dense white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is dripping with fresh Centennial. Dank, piney, resiny, citrus zest, citrus juice, watermelon rind, there's just layers of rich FH character. The palate opens bitter with a rich, deep, resiny Centennial character, more of what's on the nose, along with some green FH notes. Minimal malt character, allowing the citrusy sweetness of Centennial to shine. Drying, dank, bitter finish with grapefruit pith and zest. Whoa.
