Clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the goblet. Light body with ample carbonation. Slightly sweet and rather tangy. Aroma of alfalfa and grain. Flavor of wheat cereal with a hint of roasted malt. Overall this is a very quaffable brew with pleasing mild flavors, a nice bite of resiny hops, and aftertaste of malt. Whatever hops, and whatever style, it's nice to have a choice of these kinds of Lagers with more interest to them. From the 16 oz can purchased at Special Brews. Dated 05/06/25.
