I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured an opaque dark amber with thin ecru head that is leaving some lace. The scent had roast and malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with mellow semi sweet choclate malt base with grain and earth presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Little King pours black, with no head. Sweet and smokey aroma. Flavor is very sweet and creamy, lots of lactose up front, hints of smoke at the end. Good body and feel. Overall, very sweet stout, nice hints of smoke helps a little.
