Pours golden hazy with white cap. Beautiful Belgium Tripel. Head Bitch In Charge (HBIC) is a really nice micro brew Belgium at 10% ABV.

On tap at the brewery listed as a Tripel at 10% ABV . Pours a hazed light golden yellow color with a white head . Smell is fruity ,malty funky . Taste has wheat white fruit booze and citrus . Mouth feel is sweet and boozy
