Captain Molly Kool was North America’s first female licensed Atlantic sea captain. She was ahead of her time with strong ties to the Bangor area and Geaghan’s Pub. Like Molly, our IPA, Capt. Kool, is bold, brash and beautifully balanced. Our brewers blending of well timed additions of Cascade, Columbus, and Chinook hops have produced a big IPA with an ABV of 7.5% and 70 IBU. Capt. Kool IPA is our tribute to the strong, brave women we all admire.
