We choose to brew this beer for our beloved packaging manager, Jazzy (Justin). For many months we had him convinced it was a German Dunkelweizen (Dark Wheat Beer) until one day we couldn't hold it in anymore. Traditionally brewed by Monks in Munich as a beer to drink with food. Our take has notes of dark fruit and a rich malt profile.
