Every Fall we use fresh picked hops from Monroe Maine, to brew a fresh hop IPA. We wait for the grower to let us know when the hops are at their most aromatic, resinous peek and schedule a Hop Harvest brew day. The hops are picked in the morning and add to the beer just after boiling. Hop Harvest has an intense grapefuit, citrus hoppy aroma and flavor. It a Seasonal favorite at the tap room and our favorite brew day!
