Draft at the brewery
Big pillowy creamy head, nice retention and lacing, very clear medium golden color

Nose doughy golden malt hint corn like, toasted notes, mild grass hop

Taste toasted blond malts, doughy and grainy, smooth malt, not sweet, mild grassy herbal hops, soft malt, mild spicy sulfate like hop bringing crisp bitterness

Mouth is med to lighter bod, decent carb but in the light side

Overall not bad, hops get a little aggressive and carb is a bit low, otherwise not bad

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery grand opening today.

A - Poured a nice crystal clear golden hue with a nice one finger head that fades to leave light lacing and a thin head.

S - Aromas of bright floral hops, lightly grassy. Bright perfume notes, slightly herbal.

T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of floral hops. The hops are nice, however, the taste quickly becomes very biscuit and cracker like. Finish is lingering light bitterness.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, body is lighter.

O - Overall this was a solid golden ale. The hops are quite nice with nice floral notes. Not a huge fan of the biscuit notes going on in the middle though.
