Hazy and juicy with a huge aroma and nice, soft finish. War Castle is brewed with a bouquet of American hops, including Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, and dry-hopped with Citra.
War Castle takes it name from the original city of Worcester in the UK, which came from the phrase "war-castle."

Bronze color with a haze. Modest starting head but it lasts and leaves some wider streaks.
Bready with a light caramel nose. There’s a bit of raw malted barley. Very low hop.
This beer seems to be closer to a west coast IPA. There’s nothing extreme. In fact, it’s well balanced with a rich body and solid malt base that lingers into the aftertaste. The hop is strong but doesn’t come close to overwhelming the malt.

This beer is a fortress of hops. An incredibly flavorful blast explodes in your mouth like a cannon from the upper turret. Strong aromatic wafts percolate from the foamy head that is as thick as imposing moat. Unlike the impenetrable walls of a castle, this brew was easily overtaken and depleted with little deterrence.

Cloudy honey color with a 2F head in a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Tropical fruit aroma, some citrus.
Very spicy. Grapefruit, citrus taste, with a very hoppy edge.
Looking forward to tasting more of Redemption’s beers.

Good foamy medium head with decent retention and nice lacing, very hazy medium orange color
Nose citrus fruity hops, mild sweet malt, little floral hop into big orange citrus
Taste mild sweet toasty malt to balance the big hops, citrus, orange peel, peachy stone fruit, candied citrus, pithy with hint of grapefruit, medium bitterness, slightly drier finish hops getting bit more spicy bitter hop finish
Mouth is med to bit fuller bod, decent carb, very light warming alcohol
Overall not bad, solid ipa

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery grand opening today.
A - Poured a nice hazy darker orange juice hue with a huge creamy two finger white head that fades to leave really nice sticky lacing and a dense creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of lighter almost muted hops. Flashes of citrus and resin and maybe a little grassy.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice oranges and citrus peel. Rather nice lingering bitterness. Flashes of bitter papaya as well as maybe a little bit of green pineapple.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, little fluffy, medium body, finishes a little crisp.
O - Overall this was a rather solid New England ipa. Good body and lingering bitterness. Would definitely have this again. Only knock is I wished the nose popped more.
