The first in our single-hop pale ale series, Good Hang: Azacca has a delightful tropical and citrus fruit aroma along with subtle floral and dank notes, a grainy, light bread flavor, light body, and bone dry finish.
Good Hang: Azacca features locally malted wheat, rye, oats and, of course, Azacca hops.

Got a lot of fruitiness. At first it tasted a little watered down... then went on to enjoy the subtlety of the flavors. It was pretty light for a pale ale and refreshing. Would love to drink in the summer!

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice hazy golden orange hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Big aromas of Azacca hops, citrus peel and zest, nice flashes of melon. Little bit of musty notes as well.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of bready yeast notes, cracker like. The hops are pleasant with good zesty notes and subtle bitterness. Finish cuts in with just as little bit of malts as well.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall this was a solid enough pale ale. Little bready for my taste but the hops were nice.
