Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice crystal clear honey amber hue with a fat creamy off white head that fades to leave a nice thin blanket.
S - Aromas of honey and orange marmalade, excellent floral hops. Incredibly bright and floral with just a little bready notes.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of floral hops and light caramel sweetness. Nice bready notes along with a rather bitter lingering finish. Alcohol is hidden nicely.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little crisp. On point for the style.
O - Overall this was a very solid maibock, lovely floral hop notes but there is quite a bit of bitterness that lingers.
