Featuring Centennial and Amarillo - two of our favorite Pacific-Northwest hops - Dori is a classic American IPA. Dori offer big flavors and aromas of candied orange, pine, and honey with light floral notes. Smooth and medium-bodied, Dori delivers a delightful drinking experience.
Dori is named after our teammate Bronwyn’s lovable and ultra-talented doggo.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice crystal clear amber honey hue with a thick almost two finger off white head that fades to leave super sticky lacing and a dense blanket.
S - Aromas of grassy, floral hops. Light honey tones along with orange peel. Lighter malt sweetness.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice floral hops and just a little bit of candied orange peel. Nice lingering bitterness, flashes of pine resin and bitter citrus peel. Little bit of honey and malt sweetness.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, medium bodied.
O - Overall this was a solid ipa. Tons of lingering bitterness. There are moments when it reminds me of Ruination in that regard.
