Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice hazy golden orange hue with a thin creamy white head that fades to leave light lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Big bright aromas of honeydew melon, almost musty grape/white wine notes. Almost a little juicy papaya tropical note.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice light melon notes. Flashes of tropical papaya. Nice almost musty earthy pine resin. Lingering bitterness.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, good body, lightly crisp. Really good body for being 4.5%.
O - Overall this was a very solid pale ale. Not overly aggressive or bitter the hop profile is quite pleasant. Real nice.
