Draft at the brewery
Big creamy foamy head with medium retention, some whispy lacing, super hazy cloudy pear juice colour
Nose tart sour lacto funk, light salt note, big doughy creamy wheat, flash of vanilla and honey, all supporting the big lime zest, and lemon lime juice
Taste loads of lime juice up front, zesty lime and lemon lime, mild yoghurt like lacto funk with a Lyme lactic acid, slightly tart, hint of salt, big doughy creamy wheat, but not quite bread dough, light base with plenty of flavor, touch of vanilla and honey before the dry finish gives cracker and bread dough notes, light lime
Mouth is lighter bod, medium carb, a bit light overall but good for summer
Overall pretty solid, nice lime, hint of salt, good low lactic acid and lacto funk, creamy doughy wheat, wish the body was a bit more

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice hazy super pale lemonade like hue with a thin white head that fades to leave a thick halo and light blanket. Really dig this color.
S - Big aromas of lacto and creamy wheat like aroma, very very bright lime aroma, little lemon, flash of salinity. Smells incredibly refreshing.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of lacto and big creamy wheat. The lime is pleasant but not as assertive as on the nose. Finish is lingering lime tartness though the salt is on the lighter side.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, bright, crisp, not overly acidic like this style can be.
O - Overall this was a rather enjoyable kettle sour or gose. The citrus is nice, as is the salt, I just wish there was more of it in certain areas.
