Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice hazy dark orange juice hue with a fat creamy off white head that fades to leave sticky lacing and bubbly, wispy blanket.
S - Big aromas of well, fruit cocktail. Big tropical notes just huge pineapple and mango. Smells incredibly juicy, the Simcoe, Amarillo, and Calypso are all incredibly balanced. Light malt backbone.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with sweeter over ripe pineapple and mango. Good citrus and grapefruit with nice malts. There are really good fruity notes with a super soft bitter finish.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, clean, little creamy. Alcohol pass just slightly noticeable.
O - Overall this was a very solid dipa with lovely fruit notes. Really enjoyable collaboration.
