Our pumpkin spice latte stout! Creamy and slightly sweet with big notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, dark roast coffee, and cocoa powder, along with flavors of caramel and toasted bread, and a long, balanced finish.
Brewed with dark roast coffee from Worcester's Acoustic Java!

I can't even either, yet there it is, and somehow I'm about to drink it. No can date
Pours a fizzy bubbly almost brown 1 finger head with med-lower retention, lower lacing, dark basically black color
Nose eh, lots of spice, various pumpkin pie spices, fruity tangy notes, light smooth coffee and lactose, quite tangy almost infection level, not much roast or malt
Taste again lots of spice, pumpkin pie spice, mild smooth coffee and lactose like latte character, tangy spices but not infected, a touch of roast and stout dark malt, touch of bitterness, drier finish with lingering spices
Mouth is med bod, a touch creamy soft, med carb
Overall this was not that great, spices way overboard, not much base stout, coffee was decent at least, but this is Redemption Rock, I would never expect to drink a beer like this, and they always may good beer, great beer actually, to style, this one was way out in left field and I figured I'd give it a try, but big swing and miss.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice dark black hue with a fat two finger light mocha head that fades to leave sticky lacing and a dense blanket.
S - Big aromas of, well, pumpkin pie spice notes...cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, etc. Faint hit of dark chocolate and some roasted coffee beans.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with big earthy slightly charred roast. Decent flashes of coffee and bitterness. The chocolate is a bit on the dry side, the spice notes aren't super aggressive either. Interesting.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little crisp, quite dry.
O - Overall this was a solid enough stout. I'm not a fan of pumpkin spices in general but at least it's marketed as such instead of as a pumpkin beer. Not something I would have again but I appreciate what they were trying to do.
