16oz can poured into ipa glass
Two finger creamy, fluffy white foam cap over a clear golden liquid with active streams of carbonation, good retention, settles to a pencil thick layer, some lacings
Aroma is bready malts, biscuity, cracker
Taste is malty, bread , hint of spice hop, hint of grass
Good sudsing , semi dry finish , hop nibble lingers
Good beer

Pours golden and lightly hazy. Lager hazy, not IPA hazy. As soon as you pour out the beer into a glass, you can smell the golden graham cracker crust, wheat thin aroma. That rich nutty honey wheat cracker character shines through with just enough delicate noble hop character to cut the sweetness. It finishes dry and is profoundly refreshing. This is an exquisite helles.

Canned recently, no date, thanks to rudzud
Pours a medium foamy fizzy head with lower retention, no real lacing, slight hazy medium gold color
Nose big grainy sweet pilsner malt, straw, touch of pilsner malt corn, a little cereal, light floral hops, decent nose but a little muted maybe due to low carb
Taste more rich grainy sweet malt, nice malt forward with cereal grain and straw, a touch of pilsner malt corn, med hop bitterness with herbal slight earthy floral hop, turning a idle spicy late, big cracker later too, drier finish, clean lager
Mouth is med to lighter bod, fair soft crisp lager, but a bit light on the carb
Overall pretty solid Helles, but just lacking the right carb for the head and nose to pop more, maybe due to the canning, but otherwise good

Picked up a 4 pack of this at the brewery, sticker on the 4 pack ring says 11/21/19. Their first ever can release, $14.20 per 4 pack.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice crystal clear golden hue with a big, fat two finger white head that faded slowly to leave some sticky white lacing and a dense blanket.
S - Aromas of biscuity malts, slightly doughy, little bit of grassy hops and a touch of sweetness and honey malts. Nice pilsner malts and flashes of cereal grains.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with more of those cereal grains and biscuit notes, doughy characteristics are more subtle. Good grassy hops before lending way to a slightly spicy hop finish. Good crisp clean balanced taste .
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, initially, then rather quickly it starts to drop off into a lighter carbonated mouthfeel. You can see it in the tulip when first poured; tons of effervescence up front leads to a much softer carbonation as time goes on.
O - Overall this was a pretty solid Helles. My only knock would be the carbonation. The taste popped a bit more those first few sips thanks to the brighter carb before settling in to what it was. With more carbonation, or at least sustained carbonation, the taste would be closer to a 4.5 and the feel a 4.25. Still, for their first canning experience it was satisfying, although I wouldn't mind trying it on draft to see how the carbonation is. While not the stylistically similar (Helles vs American Blonde), sold at the same price point as Tree House Eureka I would take Three Decker every day of the week over Eureka.
