Our gin-inspired holiday sour ale. Brewed with juniper berries, coriander, and cardamom, features a gingery and citrusy aroma that gives way to distinct pine and floral juniper notes. Assertive, clean, and clear lemony sourness. Medium-light bodied and dry, with a long, tart finish.

No can date
Pours a light airy frothy 1 finger head with good retention, little lacing, hazy med golden tan color
Nose general tart kettle sour, yoghurt lacto funk, tart juniper, bit generic fruity, citrus, a bit of holiday spices
Taste brings more tart juniper and fruit with plenty of sour citrus, kettle sour lacto, lemon meringue pie, general tart citrus, more holiday spices, I can taste cardamom even, mild flemmy finish with more tartness
Mouth is med bod but lighter on the carb, tart acidic flemmy
Overall not bad, decent holiday sour
