NO can date
Pours a med fizzy foamy 1 finger head with med-lower retention, low lacing, slight hazy mostly clear golden tan color
Nose delivers what it promises, some decent coconut in the background real coconut. nice cream ale with cereal grainy malt, a hint of a corn like straw, grainy pilsner malt like, touch fruity, vanilla cream
Taste brings cream ale up front, cereal grain, straw and a bit of maize like sweet grainy straw, fair sweetness, bit creamy, light herbal spicy hop character with a bit of bitterness, getting to a med spicy bitterness on the dry finish, light coconut in the background with some fruity notes, more vanilla cream character as well,
Mouth is med bod, a bit creamy, med to a bit higher fizzy carb
Overall quite nice, great cream ale base, just enough coconut to be present without overpowering and blends nicely with the cream ale, these guys constantly impress me. I wish I could get back out there more often.
