No can date
Pours a med frothy fizzy 1 finger head with med retention, little lacing, very clear golden honey tan straw color
Nose tart mild lacto funk, touch lemony, some bready malt notes, general fruity notes, clean gose
Taste brings grainy bready malt notes, tart mild flemmy funk, with some mild lacto creamy yogurt note, touch of tart lemony funk, faint coriander like spice notes, mild flemmy finish, a touch of salt lingering
Mouth is lighter bod, a touch flemmy acidity, med to lighter carb
Overall not bad, has the notes it should and nothing over the top or crazy, but just a bit overall light on everything, maybe even a touch watery, but again right on otherwise...
OK take it back a bit, I poured the funk from the bottom of the can, it got really hazy cloudy, and brought a lot more of the greatness of the beer, to boost my ratings.
