All The Way May, our maibock, is a full-bodied golden lager with rich malt flavors of honey and bread dough and hints of cherries, and subtle citrusy and grassy notes from German Saphir hops.

No can date
Pours a fizzy almost 1 finger head with lower retention, little lacing, mostly clear slight chill hazed orange tan to straw color
Nose is bright and interesting, some cereal grain, grainy sweet, biscuity toasted bread, a bit of sweet candy like, some fruity esters, candied orange, dried sweetened apricot, light herbal hop
Taste brings more sweet malts, not overly sweet, biscuity candy with a little toasted slight caramelized bread without toasty flavors, more fruity esters with a bit of candied orange, dried apricot, little orange cake, a bit of herbal hop with med to lighter bitterness, getting a touch spicy late, drier finish with med bitterness getting a touch spicy
Mouth is med to a touch fuller bod, hinting at syrupy but not there, med to a bit lighter carb typical for style, just a hint of alcohol
Overall pretty nice maibock
