Pours a big frothy thick 1 finger head with good retention, soapy lacing, clear pale slight amber color
Nose mild sweet toasted malt, cereal, a touch biscuity, a little bread crust, caramel, fruity esters
Taste brings mild sweet malt with caramel, biscuity, touch of toffee, bread crust, mild fruity esters, light herbal floral hop, light bitterness, drier finish
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med fizzy carb
Overall solid Vienna lager as expected from redemption rock
