This American Sour Ale is brewed with barley and wheat before undergoing a “kettle sour” process to produce a puckering tartness similar to lemonade. This batch was then conditioned on white peach puree with a small addition of lactose to add body and a touch of sweetness. Light, tart, fruity, and refreshing. A perfect pint on a hot sunny day.

Look - pale yelllow with a slight rimming
