330 ml stubby brown bottle from the brewpub across the street from the Hanoi Railroad Station. August 2019 date stamp on the label.
Pours with an essentially black body that is opaque in the glass and is topped with a durable tan head. Fine aroma with a flavor that is a bit boozy.
This is a relatively young bottle and the contents would likely benefit from some aging. There are hints of toffee, brown sugar, dark dried fruits, and coffee.
Overall: recommended.
