On tap at Falling Piano Brewing in Colonia Roma Norte, Mexico City, Mexico.
This one pours a very clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells slightly lemony, with clean floral bitterness and some breadiness.
There’s not a lot to this, but there’s no real inherent brewing flaws here – it’s just light, refreshing, and super crisp. There’s a touch of lemon peel, and some crackery breadiness.
This is very refreshing on a warmer day in Mexico City – crisp, clean, and very drinkable.
This isn’t built for dissection, it’s built to refresh, and it does that well.
