On tap at Falling Piano Brewing in Colonia Roma Norte, Mexico City, Mexico.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty fruity, with passionfruit, orange, mango, and melon.
This feels pretty in line with an average to slightly above average hazy IPA. It’s juicy, but not ridiculously so, with a slight and soft bitterness on the finish.
This is pretty drinkable, with a soft and smooth finish, with no real bite to it.
This was definitely one of the better IPAs I had in Mexico, not really a place known for them.
