Our Pecan Brown Ale is a malty sweet treat that balances hints of biscuit, caramel and chocolate with the rich nuttiness from pecans. No matter how you say it - "Pee-can" or "Puh-Kahn", this beer was meant for gathering together.

12oz can. Bottom date stamp is 'HAND FORGED 07/18/24'.
Mostly clear, amber-brown colored body. Beige colored head, and this sticks around as a cap and clinging ring. Leaves behind lacing webs.
Aroma of lightly roasted malts, rich caramel, and general nuttiness (pecan).
Taste is a well blended mix of lightly roasted malts, caramel sweetness, and earthy nuttiness (pecan). The sweetness is reduced in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Slight metallic note, Quite a smooth and clean finish. Excellent carbonation.
Excellent balance of sweet, rich caramel and nutty pecan, with a wide base of roasted malts.

Pours clear, leather in color with one inch head. The smell is frssh brown malt. Taste is semi sweet pecan pie, pie crust and brown ale. Light bodied, slightly sweet, high carbonation. It is a flavored brown ale, but one I really enjoy. I like flavored ales, especially ones where you can still taste the beer, not just the additives. If I could get this at home, it would be an autumn fridge staple. I like it...lots.

Sweet, but not overdone. I’d drink again. And again.

L-clear reddish brown with minimal head
S-sweet and malty, with a faint cedar
T-a mildly nutty but predominantly sweet flavor
F-a little sticky as you might expect but overall refreshing. Moderate carbonation
O-delivers on its name. If you hate sweet you won’t like it, but I’d drink again

12 oz. can dated 9/29/21 at $4.00 locals night.
Clear whiskey brown, one finger cream colored head. Spotty lacing, small continental cap.
Light pecan, bready scents.
Pecan, peppery hop spice flavors.
Light body, low carbonation, bitter aftertaste.
Didn't improve as it warmed. I'd like to try it as draft.

12 oz can served in a lager glass.
Pours with a clear copper colored body with a decent off-white head.
Somewhat odd but acetaminophen aroma. The flavor is also a bit unusual, perhaps from the pecans which have quite complex flavors profiles.
Overall: drinks like a modified Marzen.
