Bavarian grown malt and Bavarian Abbey yeast makes a refreshing wheat beer. This hazy wheat beer is unfiltered, with aromas of cloves and banana. We utilize a process called decoction mashing to give body and character to our Hefe, just like the Germans would traditionally brew.
