On tap at Greensboro brewery into globe glass. Pours clear golden yellow color with a small dense white head with great retention and spotty soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big banana, bubblegum, pear, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, clove, cracker, bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, yeast earth. Medium herbal/woody bitterness and yeast spicy finish. Medium-plus carb and body. Balanced creamy bready malts and sticky hops mouthfeel. Fairly crisp/clean and nearly dry finish. No astringency with lingering bitter dryness. Big yeast, more banana esters than I am used to in a tripel but delicious. Awesome all around.
