On tap at Greensboro brewery into globe glass. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow color with a thin white head with good retention and spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas of tangerine juice and lemon/white wine plus lacto funk. Taste of tart/sour lemon, lime, tangerine, white wine, green apple, wheat, cracker, lacto funk, hay, straw, grass, light pepper. Medium tart/sour/tangy finish. Med plus carb, light body, crisp clean refreshing finish. Bone dry lactic acid after the finish with no pucker. Super vibrant and balanced on fruit juice and sour flavors. All around amazing session sour.
