A clear, golden beer with a small head that settles into a small head.
Smell is malty with light hoppy notes and a 'green'smell.
Taste is malty with some doughy notes. An above average bitterness that is a bit rough. Not the kind of Saaz-like bitterness. The yeast tastes like a Czech yeast, a little mineralic.

Full golden colour, good foam, quite creamy and compact, with good persistence.
The smell is dry, astringent (unripe apple), herbal (not so much..), mint and sage.
At the taste it slips away, but retasting it with calm, it is possible to feel "something" of hop and herbal (just a hint). Even marzipan, and butter-like..
Aftertaste too malty, and astringent.
