No freshnessdate carved. Brewed for Gall&Gall Etten-Leur. This brew is brewed in rememberance of a closed brewery that belonged to JJ de Weert and laterwas follwed up by his son Augustinus.
The Brew itself shows litle white head and opalising pale golden brew. Nose is phenolic and koreander. Dry grass and bit catty. Not as bad as it maybe sounds but hardly any maltyness and unfresh overall. Taste is lightly bitter, quiet phenolic, bit warming alcohol but thin bodied and missing caracter IMO. Drinkable but IMO quiet dull and missing something.
