A murky, yellow golden beer with a thick, creamy head.
Smell of wheat, husky grains and vanilla. A hint of tartness. The yeast appears to be a little different than the ussual witbier yeast, it produces less phenols and esters.
Taste of grainy wheat, a fresh beer with notes of coriander and orange zest. The phenols are at a moderate level, but I taste vanilla, which is great. Light sticky on the lips, but never sweet. The tartness in the smell is hardly traceable in the taste. Still a very refreshing beer.

BBE 09-07. Poor out with foreverlasting white head and pale golden beer with good haze( from sediment). Nose is lots of citrusy orange and koreander. Typical spicy "scheldebreweynose" from houseyeast. Sourness and wheaty caracter. Compared to quiet complex nose taste is less and gives again lots of orange in a dry and bit sour wheatdominated taste. Low bitterness and bit watery mouthfeel also fed by high CO2 level. Easy drinking brew that's still enjoyable even with low taste.
