Clear golden colour, but with sediment from the bottle lateron, huge beige head, calm carbonation.
Smell is fresh, obvious koriander, also a bit of citrus, a bit too malty in the taste. With the sediment it gets a bit more complex, herby/spicy. Mouthfeel is very watery, not very crisp. Disappointing.
Overall, it's a decent witbier, but one expects more from a micro brewery.

Bottle bought from a specialist in Brussels perhaps 9 months ago, poured into the standard tulip (not perfectly correct for the style, admittedly). It looks more like a golden ale, opaque in typical Belgian style but not quite as cloudy looking as other examples. Still, a good layer of soapy foam and rapid streams of bubbles rising in the glass. Nice herby aroma of some hops, coriander, sawdust, apple blossom, nothing of the cellar about it. More surprises in the mouth with flavors of orange zest and a just a flicker of yellow fruits and malt, then a rather mild hop note, felt as much as tasted. The mouthfeel is otherwise crisp with a slight wheat softness lubricated things, slightly.

First time I have seen this one avaliable.Brewed with the addition of Coriander, and CuraƧao.
Poured into my Hoegaarden glass, a slightly more-clear than noraml Wit, high carbonation, beautiful head however, thick rich and full.Decanting more of the bottle yields more cloudiness, still very carbonated.
Smell is heavy on the orange and coriander seed(not fresh). Bitter citrus peel, clove, yeast, hay. Sweet on the finish.
Flavor is very good-spicy, orange, clove, coriander seed, pepper, citrus peel, lemon, orange liquer, light grassiness, sharp, light, and lively....
but the ,major subtration I find is the mouthfeel.
It is sharp, refreshing, smell, great, tastes good, but lacks the essential wheat creaminess I feel is a critique point in Wit beers. The flavors are all there except the wheat, wheat creaminess.
Very good overall, great on aromatics, but lacks in the mouthfeel, wheat creaminess is way too subdued.
