East West Brewing

This is an upscale destination in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). The space is huge with a new modern design. In full operation there are three bars. A two story glass wall separates the public area from the brewery. Service (as in nearly every establishment) is excellent. Their beer and food menu is very good.

Visited about 8:30pm on a weekday, finding it fairly full and very loud. House music added to the dim created by conversations in an acoustically reflective space. Smoking allowed in portions of the open space but a large filtration system reduces the damage. Otherwise, it is a pleasant, comfortable space.
The beer list was impressive, although the one guest brew was sold out.
