16oz canned from a fresh keg on 1-24-19 (opened 1-27-19)
Dark brown, mahogany with a 1/4" beige head, head recedes to a thin cap.
Chocolate malt up front in the nose, cocoa, followed by earthy grain
Pipe tobacco/spice...earthy chocolate, dusty. Ashtray. Nutty. Hops are leafy in flavor.
Medium body, low to medium carbonation. Lean mouthfeel. Dry finish.
Flavorful, a really nice brown ale.
