Nucleated Tulip
Look: Hazy, pineapple yellow. Pouring a thick cap head which is thick and doesn't dissipate
Smell: Weak nose. sweet coconut milk, light pineapple tartness, aged rum, vanilla, hint fresh orange
Taste: Very light tartness. sweet orange, tart pineapple juice and sweet coconut upfront followed by a little alcohol. Finish just carries a hint a malt, and more sweet coconut.
Feel: Moderate - thick body, gentle carbonation. smooth finish
Overall: Overall its alright. A fairly generic sour ale flavor combination. given the price point of this ale I had expected more
