Note: I added this beer listed as a stout, but it’s not super stout like. I deferred to the brewery.
Description: Pink Stout inspired by a blueberry muffin with coffee.
Pours dark amber with a reddish hue. There is a clean white head that is not as dense as a stout’s usually is.
Aroma: fruity smell with coffee and molasses
Taste: Follows the nose. A really strange mix, but it kind of works. Dark fruits and molasses with coffee on the back end.
Mouthfeel: thinner and more carbonated than a stout.
Overall: this is a weird beer that mixes flavors that don’t often go together, but it kind of works. It’s weird but tasty.
