Dockside Peanut Butter Porter

Had on tap at the brewery. Pours clear, brown in color with one inch head. Taste is peanut butter and milk chocolate ice cream...medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly sweet. Really well done. Not as desserty as Southern Tier but also not over the top sugar.

Almost black beer, a bit of frothy lacing from foamy head

Nose big peanut butter, like tons of it, bit of dark chocolate, roast, hazelnut as well

Taste more porter up front, a touch creamy, dark chocolate, roasted malt, then into roasted nuts, peanutbutter, little Reese's peanutbutter cup but not too sweet, bit of bitterness, bit more roast and dark chocolate late on the drier finish

Mouth is med bod feels a tad thin for a porter
