Had this on tap at the brewery. Pleasant golden color, mostly transparent. An enticing honey and caramel aroma followed by a comforting full-bodied taste with notes of salted caramel and fresh-baked bread. Based on the name and style I had expected this beer to be a smack in the face with hop bitterness, but the overall feel was smooth and sweet with a mild bitter finish. Surprising and unique DIPA! Very enjoyable.
