Overtime Brewing is the long-time dream of it’s two co-brewers since they first started brewing on the sly at age seventeen. It is the culmination of years of work between these two and our restaurant manger and executive chef. Not to mention the help and support of dozens of friends and family and more than a few new friends. Fort Bragg’s newest brewery is small in stature but big on ideas. We look forward to serving great beers and food in a fun, welcoming atmosphere in the years to come.

Perfect family atmosphere with great service. Very knowledgeable people. Walked right up to bar. Served by both owners. Very good beer. Phenomenal service. A must visit if on rte. 1.

Sat out on the very basic enclosed patio, in back. Very plain and quiet spartan little place with a gravel parking lot. Recommend the Higginson English ale.

Stopped by this new to me brewpub for the first time yesterday. Was told they actually opened back in 6/18.
I think this place is still a work in progress, though I think it has potential. The bar tender mentioned nothing is hardwired yet, so for now there are no tv sets or public wifi. The pub is moderate size, with a smattering of tables and chairs (maybe 10 or so), and a fairly small bar area where the wife and I perched on a Monday afternoon. I agree with some of the online reviews regarding the look of the place. The stark white walls do give it something of a sterile vibe and look. Otherwise, the vibe here is pretty informal and relaxed, with a small outdoor back patio area where I'm told there will be music on the weekends come summer.
In terms of beer, I think this place has some work to do (from a quality standpoint). I got a flight of the ipas here (which included an india peach ale), and outside of the centennial and dipa, wasn't too impressed by anything I tried. The ipas definitely need some work I would say, as they tended to be out of balance and hot (from noticeable alcohol) on the finish.
One thing that surprised me a bit, was the number of beers and range of styles I saw. If memory serves, I think there was a saison, a porter, a Belgian ale and even a gose, along with several pale ales and I think a raspberry impy stout. So quite a range of styles here (there were 13 different beers on tap altogether).
Service was good I thought. The bartender was friendly and informative, and threw in a complimentary glass of the peach ipa when I asked for a flight of their ipas (flights consist of four 4.5 ounce tasters for $10).
Didn't try any food , but the menu looked pretty intersting with a selection of burgers and the like, but with some interesting alternatives (like a falafel burger for vegetarians).
I think this place has a ways to go before it supplants N. Coast brewing and piacis pizza as the top destination spots for those who want a bite and brew, but I think the potential is definetely there for this place to eventually become a solid alternative in the local beer scene. We'll be back at some point I think.
