Poured from bottle into tulip, good 3 finger puffy white head, good retention and lacing. Pale hazy goldenish yellow in the glass, not turbid, chill haze. Saison esters on the nose along with floral and citrus peeking thru. Sweet malt on the front, some floral notes, citrus, slight funkiness mixed in, the Saison esters are along for the ride. Prickly carbonation keeps it lively. Finish is on the dry tart side. This is a beer that is just screaming out to be drank with spicy food,

Pours clear and clean. Bit malty, with an underlying spackly orange peel sweetness. Flora, rustic in feel.
I enjoyed this at the source, fresh on tap.

From a bottle. Orange color with a good inch and a half of foamy white head. Floral and earthy smell. Medium body. Floral hop flavors with an earthy and slightly astringent finish. Interesting flavor, it's hoppy but a very different hop profile than other IPAs.

Had it fresh at the brewery in a snifter. Yellow color with good head and lacing. Hoppy with a slightly herbal smell and taste. Good floral flavors, slightly funky taste. A good beer, but not my favorite at this brewery.
