We’re dropping another Pilsner, and this time it’s our namesake…Pasternak Pils! The Pasternak family traces its roots to ancestors in Poland, near the Czech border, who immigrated to America in the early 1900s. For this beer, we wanted to honor our lineage by using all Polish hops and Polish malt!

Poured from can into tulip, good 2+ finger cream colored head, good retention and lacing. Pale golden in the glass, slight chill haze. Smells of biscuit, grain noble hops, and slight citrus twang. Taste follows the nose, clean biscuit/cracker and then in the middle some citrus notes come out along with a slight earthiness. Good carbonation level prickles the tongue keeping it interesting. Nice drinking beer, regretting not getting the 4 pack
