Our award winning hoppy Continental pale is crisp, dry and elegantly balanced. Lightly floral with a refreshingly hop bitter finish. Enjoy a silky mouth feel and fruit esters from co-pitched yeast strains. A rustic barrel aged version off foeder will evolve this into our farmhouse pale, because you ain’t living unless you’ve bet the farm.

Copenhagen 3/1 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Farm equipment arranged symmetrically on a orange background on the can.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity sweet odor mingling with citric notes. Peach and pineapple. Floral. A little perfumed. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Finish is dry.
Gentle and soft but not without bitter bite.
