Untied Brewing Co. "Clear As Mud"
Notes: It's surprisingly clear for a beer called "Clear As Mud". The body is yellow beneath a short cap of white foam. Hoppy aroma with notes of citrus (orange, lime) and other tropical fruits (melon, peach). Wheat, of course, is also present. The flavor delivers what the aroma suggests with some additional apple and lemon added in. A moderate bitterness still brings it to a dry finish. Medium-light in body and sufficiently crisp. Nicely done.
