Around medium carbonation and the same for the body.
Aroma is a pleasant amount of spice filled by malt with a little vanilla .
Taste for the most part doesn't stray too far from the aroma.
Overall one of the better pumpkin beers I've had this year

a: dark murky brown color with a 1/2 finger dark tan head

s: big note of caramel, clove, coriander, and pumpkin. cardboard, brown sugar, molasses. more malt sweetness and pumpkin at the end

t: roasted malt and cola upfront. amber malts, caramel, and the classic pumpkin flavor. caramelized cloves and brown sugar to close

m: medium mouthfeel with low carbonation

o: it's an alright Pumpkin Beer. the pumpkin flavor isn't the protaganist though, it is more the malts and almost the cola-like flavor. it's nuanced, but not as dominant as some others

Pint on draught at the brewery. A hazy, amber-orange pour with a thin, eggshell-colored head and a lite film of creamy lacing inside the glass. The nose is primarily spicy with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and pumpkin puree. The taste opens malty and earthy. There is significant spicing: clove, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg, along with a hint of vanilla cream. The pumpkin is surprisingly subtle. You can taste it but it's not front and center. Still, you can tell it's a Pumpkin Ale and the spicing is nicely done. It's medium bodied and fairly creamy with a pleasant level of carbonation. And at 7% it's easy to drink. Overall, as a Pumpkin Ale, Boos relies more on it's spicing than on the actual pumpkin. But it's not at the level of the leaders of the style. I prefer more pumpkin, as, for example, Schlafly, Pumking or Shipyard's Smashed Pumpkin. Boos reminds me of Weyerbacher's Imperial Pumpkin Ale but not nearly as good. Nonetheless, for a new brewery, Boos is a solid Pumpkin Ale
