A Belgian Style Quadrupel dripping with orchard fruit notes like apples, pears and plums, and hints of orange blossom honey then aged cherries for a delicious darker fruit note and beautiful reddish hue and pink, mousse-like foam.

On draught at the brewery. 10 oz. served in a teku glass. It pours a brownish-plum color with minimal pink head and lacing. The nose is quite fruity and includes apple, plum, pear, and fresh cherry, along with familiar Belgian yeast and spicy notes. The taste opens with tangy cherry pear, and apple, with clove and pepper. It finishes dry and hoppy. As the glass warms, I finally tasting the orange blossom honey; it's subtle but discernible. The ale is flavorful and tangy with all the elements you'd expect in a Belgian Quad. It's medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, and it doesn't feel line an 11% ABV brew. Overall, this version of Dusk is quite good with lots of fruit flavor and appropriate spicing and mouth feel.
