Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It pours a murky, dark orange with minimal head and lite, soapy lacing. I suspect the appearance would be better if poured from a can. The fruity smell features tangerine, lemon, pineapple, stone fruit, white wine, and soft floral hops. The complex hop bill provides a lot of flavors: it opens with dry, tart lemon and grapefruit balanced by sweeter notes of tangerine, berry, and stone fruit from the Callista and Enigma hops, and white wine grape from the Enigma. There are also notes of pine needles. Beneath the fruit is a solid crackery malt. It drinks clean and seems more bitter than 29 IBU. It has a nice, thick body with pleasant carbonation and it's very drinkable at 6.8% ABV. Overall, Odds & Ends really grew on me as it warmed and breathed in the glass. It's a first rate American IPA and I'm looking forward to buying cans.
