On draught at the brewery. It pours a murky, dense tangerine color with minimal head and lacing. On the nose there is tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, and soft floral hops. This ale is sweeter and fruitier than its little brother File This. The hop bill is similar and the Citra and Motueka provide tropical notes of tangerine, lemon, lime, and some red berry. But it's also conditioned on tangerine, peach, mango, and vanilla beans and they add significant fruity sweetness. The mouth feel is significantly thicker than the original version and approaches syrupy. And it drinks like a bigger beer than 8.3%. Overall, More File This tastes and drinks like a very different IPA than the original. I like it but given the choice I prefer the single IPA version.
