Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It pours an almost clear, golden-honey color with a small, ecru head and spotty lacing. A lovely, sweet, floral nose with notes of lemon, lime, and tropical fruit. The taste opens with citrus - lemon, lime, and a hint of grapefruit and tangerine. But it's also dry, grassy, and herbal with notes of pine and an earthy malt background. Its mouth feel is quite lite and crisp but the 7.2% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, this is a rather unique recipe and it's well-crafted with an understated sophistication. It's a great change-of-pace and quite refreshing on a hot August day.
